Light Steak and Eggs
A composed breakfast plate with separate components served together.
Cook This In Order
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a light coating of cooking spray or oil.
- Cook the steak to the desired doneness, then rest it for several minutes before slicing.
- Whisk the whole eggs and egg whites together.
- Cook the eggs in the same skillet over medium-low heat until just set.
- Serve with the strawberries or orange.
